My faraway land

In a far away land where in the desert the stars at night glow like diamonds

and the blue sea shines like a saphire, there is a flower red like a ruby that blooms at night...

In that far away land the hills are green like emeralds and the snow capped mountains shine

like pearls.... The valleys are embroidered with vineyards and the grapes hang like topazes under the sun, honey and milk are plentiful and the beaches hide in their golden sand treasures of multicolor agates..

Crystal clear lakes, and majestic snow capped volcanoes glow like amethysts in the sunset light. white water rivers fall from the high peaks in thousand waterfalls.

And the blue sky where condors soar contrasts against the dew kissed ferns gifts of the green rain forest.
